Chefs Down the Home Stretch

Food? Oh yea – we’ve got that.

Traditional Derby cuisine is a hallmark of Derby Day. Just think about Bourbon-Sea Salt and Chocolate Caramel Tarts, Buffalo Tenderloins Marinated in Stella Artois, Ghirardelli Chocolate Caramel Cupcakes, & of course, Bourbon Marinated Roast Pork Sliders.

Food and beverage are a staple of the Kentucky Derby tradition, and exquisitely Southern samplings are available during the Mint Julep Reception before the running of the 144th Kentucky Derby.
